The Eclipse of Microsoft?

gOS screenI've been a Microsoft customer for many years, and I think they added a great deal to our mighty technological civilization.  I also believe that they have made enough money, and we may need to find some alternatives to their 90% dominance of the world computer market.  Recently, a Linux-based graphics-oriented system called gOS has been released, and is being marketed by Google.  This system is definitely geared towards the tech-savvy teens and twentysomethings of the 21st century.  It has icons for a quick connection to Wikipedia and social networking sites like Facebook and YouTubeBest of all, it's free, and completely open-source.  No more shelling out $300 for a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate!  It has the Firefox browser, and the OpenOffice look-alike of Microsoft Office 2003.  It's compatible with preexisting Office files as well.  I've tried out the system, and it seems to run fairly reliably.  Walmart has a $200 PC available running this system, which is considerably less than a similar $350 Windows Vista system with the same hardware.  This show that Microsoft's weight on the PC industry is heavy indeed.  So strike a blow for the forces of liberation, and try gOS!
